CHILDHOOD CONDITIONING: oh my geerrrrdddddd unblocking traumas is a lifelong mission. Psychotherapy! Mediation! Shadow work! Energy healing....oh my!
CONDITIONING: “the process of training or accustoming a person to behave in a certain way or to accept certain circumstances.” DECONDITIONING is the UNLEARNING of these exact ways to be more authentically yourself.
Wouldn’t the world be greater if everyone could just OWN who they were good and bad without putting up this false image to please everyone else?
Deconditioning isn’t an overnight process, it’s a lot of soul work, investment of time and money and grueling pain that needs to be lifted. Slowly and surely the more I started shedding the layers of my subconscious blocks, my life started opening up beautifully. Once my old skin started shedding I couldn’t believe how free I felt!! My whole life I felt like I was in emotional prison because I had different feelings and opinions than what I was told to believe in. I’ve let those go.
I’m allowed to cry when I’m upset, I’m allowed to stand up for myself, I’m allowed to say NO and not feel like a bitch, I’m allowed to ask for a salary that fulfills me, I’m allowed to rest, i’m allowed to be a overtly sexual woman, I’m allowed to set boundaries with toxic people and family members, I’m allowed to be a psychic AND have a successful career as a screenwriter /actor... the list goes on.
Whatever you’re working on to decondition, please just stick with it. Bringing out your ego and shadow side can get dark but ultimately it frees you up to shine your bright light into the world! I wasn’t able to fulfill my purpose until the storm passed but I can see clearly now the rain is gone 🌈🌈🌈 ☀️ #nothingbutblueskies
